AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Corp. (“AlgoDyne” or the “Company”) (OTCBB:ADYN - News) is excited to announce that its soon to be acquired entity Canadian Green Fuels has entered the Export Market for Bio-Fuels. “The Bio-Diesel currently produced at the Canadian Green Fuels plant has had tremendous market response from both domestic and international producers,” says Prof Franke, CTO.
“Now Canadian Green Fuels will have the ability and production capacity to export this product overseas and we are excited at transforming this Company into a truly global enterprise,” he adds.
The plant's first shipment of 5,000 litres of fuel will depart Saskatchewan for Germany on Monday, October 21, 2007.
The Company will use several shipping methods, including large 1,000 litre carboys and 200 litre drums, depending on the customer’s needs and shipping convenience.
“This first shipment is going to the X-Raid team as part of our sponsorship program and is key to our European marking strategies and the exporting program from North America,” says Franke.
Canadian Green Fuels and AlgoDyne have successfully completed the final terms of the negotiated agreement for acquisition and are awaiting transmittal of documentation.
